God made a change to the law AFTER Jesus’ crucifixion by adding a word to the law. This fact makes it impossible that Jesus’ crucifixion has perfected the theory of substitutionary atonement. It is the word which has been added to the law that Paul is talking about in Rom. 2:13. The second reference he makes to the fact that the law has had an addition made to it is “The law was added so that the trespass might increase.” Rom. 5:20. A third reference to this fact is Heb. 7:12b. The fact that the law has been changed AFTER Jesus’ crucifixion is also the fact that the theory and doctrine of substitutionary atonement is false.

“It is NOT those who hear the law who are righteous in God’s sight, but it is those who OBEY the law who will be declared righteous.” Rom. 2:13 You need to find out which law he is talking about.
